Reviewing and updating policies and re-engineering the procedures of managing the digital transformation in the company in line with the strategy and organizational structure and the project including to develop and review models and guidelines, work to complete the procedures, identify the necessary regulations, and prepare the manual of performance measurement indicators for procedural evidence.
